FlybookUS.com is a certified registered dealer for all Dialogue products including the Flybook Line.  By being a registered dealer, we have a direct support link with the only certified North American distributor and warranty / technical support depot. 

If you purchase your Flybook elsewhere, you must return it to the dealer where you purchased it from and they will send to the warranty center.  This adds extra shipping charges and time that you are without your Flybook.  You also have access to Flybook’s toll free technical support line at no additional charge.  Other dealers have to supply their own support network.
