Pay by Phone
When you choose Pay by Phone option your order details will be emailed to you and our sales department. One of our sales representatives will call you to obtain your credit card information, so please specify the best time to call in Comments area. You can also order directly by calling

Wire Transfer
When you choose Wire Transfer or Cheque option your order details will be emailed to you and our sales department. Orders will be shipping upon clearing of your payment.

Shipment
In stock orders are normally shipped within 48 hours unless the volume of sales for given day exceeds our current stock. Any custom or out of stock order equipment will be shipped in 6 weeks. Shipment cost is automatically calculated by software based on country of destination, number of products ordered. Your shipment is insured against damage.

Return Policy
When you purchase any product from us you are entitled to its manufacturer's warranty against defective merchandise. Due to manufacturers' return and exchange polices, you will be required to contact manufacturers directly to repair, replace or return your products which have been opened.

In the case of unopened packages, we have the following policy: Before opening any product please check its packaging and label carefully to be sure you received the correct product and version. If the supplier's original packaging and seal is still intact, you may return or exchange the product with us within 30 days from purchase for an exchange, merchandise credit, or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges), subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping to us is at your own expense.
